Coming to Beyond Sport Martial Arts and Fitness on January 8th, Billy Blanks brand new Boom Boxing Program! Boom Boxing consists of 8 basic moves, upper body Boxing Kata techniques and then a combination of the basic moves with the upper and lower body. It is a combination of cardio, kickboxing, boxing and mixed martial arts. It uses bags and hand pads for striking. Perfect for adults of any age!
