Level 6 - Fundamentals of Diving
There are three componets to Level 6: Fitness Swimmer, Personal Water Safety and Fundamentals fo Diving. All three componets focus on refining swimming strokes and making them efficient, powerful, and smooth over greater distances.
This component also includes introduction and practice of diving skills off the deck and the diving board.
This class meets for eight, 50 minute sessions.
