Do you have an athlete in the family that is looking to take it to the next level over the summer? Crossfit Beyond Sport would like to invite you to our summer athlete program that is specifically designed to help athletes of all ages increase competence in 10 fitness domains: cardiovascular respiratory fitness, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Programming will look slightly different depending on what sport your student athlete is planning to dominate next year.
Classes will begin and end with mobility and flexibility. Strength training will be the cornerstone of the program along with a work out of the day. Classes will be one hour and thirty minutes in length. Students should come prepared to work out inside and outside and have a water bottle and proper clothing. Different types of shoes should be considered, IE running and lifting (but a minimum of a good athletic shoe). Each student should also bring a notebook to class to track their efforts.
Classes are being offered Monday-Thursday from 3:30-4:45pm
All classes will have a certified coaches to work with each student. We will be instructing them on proper form, weight usage, and supervising the athlete to keep them working and focused on the task at hand.
Payment options are as follows. We will be offering punch cards in an effort to allow student athletes as much flexibility as possible. They are offered in the following types.
20 Punch card is $120
30 Punch card for $150
40 Punch card for $160
Monthly Options (no punch card)
1 class per week $30 per month
2 classes per week $50 per month
3 classes per week $70 per month
4 classes per week $90 per month
Punch cards will be stored at our location and monitored by our staff and your athlete. Cards are less likely to be lost if they are stored at the gym. There is the option to take a bus to Beyond Sport from Princeton Schools.
